Uganda hosts nearly 1.96 million refugees and asylum seekers — more than any other country in Africa.
HHA is committed to supporting these communities by bringing food distribution, agricultural programs, and medical camps directly to refugee zones across the country.
Since 2025 Harmony Hand Africa volunteers have participated in food aid and medical programs in Bidi Bidi refugee settlement. We began work in Kiryandongo in 2026. Often refugee families arrive with next to nothing, and need urgent help.
